The Challenge
The brand was actively spending across Meta and Google but found it difficult to scale. Decisions were driven by platform-reported ROAS, which often painted a misleading picture.

We onboarded the brand onto BooleanMaths at the start of December. The first week was focused on fixing tracking gaps and ensuring all incoming traffic was captured and parsed accurately.
Once the data foundation was stable, we enabled multi-touch attribution with cross-channel journey stitching, giving the team a clear view of how Meta, Google, Organic, and owned channels worked together.
The brand also wanted visibility into YouTube and other Google placements, so these conversions were surfaced directly inside the BooleanMaths dashboard. Finally, we integrated their shipping partners and turned on live P&L tracking, allowing performance to be measured beyond ROAS.
The goal was simple: move from ad-platform metrics to business-impact metrics.
Profitability was monitored daily, and campaigns with high True ROAS were scaled aggressively, while inefficient spend was quickly corrected.
